Salary: $18.00 - $18.00 hourly

- Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service
- Respond to member questions and concerns promptly; advise management as needed
- Handle front‑desk activities including:
- Answering phones in a friendly manner
- Checking members into the system
- Processing new member sign‑ups
- Guiding prospective members on tours
- Updating member accounts as required
- Closing shift for the business day
- Creating a bank deposit for the next day
- Assist in maintaining club neatness and cleanliness, including sanitizing equipment, spa amenities, and restrooms, following routine schedules
- Conduct comprehensive walkthroughs of all club areas, promptly correcting safety or cleanliness issues
- Customer service background preferred
- Minimum age 18 years or older
- Basic computer proficiency
- Passion for fitness and health
- Upbeat, positive attitude
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including listening, empathy, problem‑solving, and diplomacy
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual speaking, in person or on the phone, during shift
- Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights)
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to toxic chemicals during shift
- Movement involving bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, twisting
