Bishop & Company is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Triage / Check-In Specialist (Temporary) to support operations the Maui Neighborhood Center location. This role serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience.

• Review entrance guidelines with members and visitors
• Manage check-in and sign-in processes efficiently
• Direct members to appropriate servicing representatives
• Provide a welcoming, respectful, and professional experience
• Maintain a calm and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Ability to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals
• Dependable and punctual

• Job Type: Temporary through 1/27/2027 with a possible extension.

• Alternate Schedule (if needed on a Saturday):
  Four weekdays: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (one weekday off) Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
