Patient Intake Coordinator (Maui)
Bishop & Company is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Triage / Check-In Specialist (Temporary) to support operations the Maui Neighborhood Center location. This role serves as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in experience.
Key Responsibilities- Review entrance guidelines with members and visitors
- Manage check-in and sign-in processes efficiently
- Direct members to appropriate servicing representatives
- Provide a welcoming, respectful, and professional experience
- Maintain a calm and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Ability to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals
- Dependable and punctual
Job Type: Temporary through 1/27/2027 with a possible extension Pay: $20/hr location:
Kahului, Maui, Hawaii Standard
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:0 AM – 4:30 PM Alternate Schedule (if needed on a Saturday):
Four weekdays: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (one weekday off) Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
