Job Description:

Review entrance guidelines with members and visitors.

Direct members to appropriate service representatives.

Provide front desk support and manage visitor flow.

Ensure a smooth and organized check-in process.

Assist with general administrative or front desk duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills.

Professional demeanor and presentation.

Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to remain patient and composed in high-traffic environments.
