Dental Assistant

We are a local Children's Dental Office looking for a dental assistant to join our fabulous growing team.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be willing to learn, great personality, friendly and enthusiastic personality, great attention to detail.

We are willing to train the right person to learn these new skills and this is a great start for someone who has wanted a job in a medical career.

The candidate must work well with children and their parents, have a motivated attitude, be outgoing, a team player, reliable, looking for a long term career, quick learner and have a great personality.

• Take and document patient dental history and updates, as well as overall health and medication history
• Assist Dentist as requested
• Prepare tables and trays for Dentist with necessary instruments and supplies
• Clean and sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms as needed
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs
• Ensure appropriate supply of equipment and materials
• Perform patient charting as instructed by the Dentist
• Welcome patients and their parents and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room

Our office is open Monday through Saturdays.
