The Dean of Residential Life serves on the school leadership team and provides oversight and leadership for the student living experience, ensuring a safe, supportive residential environment. The role manages dorm operations, supervises staff, builds community programs, and upholds policies that promote student well-being and growth. The director also works closely with academic, counseling, and administrative teams to create a cohesive, student-centered residential program.
- Bachelor’s degree, Preferably in Education, Child Psychology, Youth Ministry, Outdoor Education or Recreation, or other applicable areas
- Teaching certification or related experience working with children
- Experience working with students in a residential/boarding school setting or residential camp or group home setting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience in program leadership is an advantage.
- Experience in and enthusiasm for Christian Youth Ministry is a plus
