To support adult learners in achieving their academic goals, the full-time remote Enrollment Specialist will build trusted relationships with prospective students, guide them through the enrollment process, and communicate the value of various academic programs while ensuring a positive student experience.
Key responsibilities- Master the enrollment process, including financial aid, to assist prospective students effectively
- Communicate program value propositions and assist students in making informed decisions about their education
- Utilize critical thinking to resolve student issues and maintain positive relationships to support program persistence
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1+ year of customer service, account management, or relationship-building experience preferred
- 1+ year of previous admissions experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must successfully complete Enrollment Specialist training and maintain confidentiality of student data
