Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System Training Integrator
As a trainer integrator, you’ll develop and deliver differentiated instruction on emerging Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) capabilities to support Army formations. You will collaborate with thought leaders in Force Protection to integrate emergent C-UAS technology into training, plan and operate Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) for individual and collective training, and develop training scenarios and threat injects in compliance with Army flight regulations.
Responsibilities- Plan and conduct UAS operations for training purposes.
- Develop training scenarios, threat injects, and lesson plans for Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC‑G) methods.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align training with aviation requirements and unit training plans.
- Support the integration of urgent and emergent C‑UAS capabilities into Army formations.
- Assist in maintaining force protection and readiness for soldiers and units.
- Experience working with the U.S. military as an NCO or Officer.
- Experience with C‑UAS, UAS, or Electromagnetic Warfare.
- Experience with training development for Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming (LVC‑G) training methods.
- Experience with Commercial Off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) UAS.
- Secret clearance (required).
- HS diploma or GED.
- Experience with training integration at Corps and Division echelons.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Projected annualized salary range: $52,900.00 to $ USD.
