Location: Kahului, HI
Pay: $39.80/hour
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Type: Full-time;
Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Employers Options is seeking a Project Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description- Support Project Managers with daily project administration and coordination
- Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and document control
- Assist with change order preparation, pricing support, and tracking
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Maintain project logs, meeting minutes, and correspondence
- Assist with safety documentation, including Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs)
- Support project close-out activities, including O&M manuals, warranties, and turnover documentation
- Track warranties and ensure proper documentation is completed and archived
- Use Bluebeam and Microsoft Office tools to review, edit, and manage project documents
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project success
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities

- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
