We are seeking a Senior Medicaid Consulting Actuary to lead and support complex Medicaid projects, including rate development, financial analysis, and actuarial modeling. This role involves providing strategic guidance to state agencies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to manage teams, engage with clients, and deliver high-quality actuarial solutions in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

• Design and develop capitation rates, risk adjustment models, and value-based payment arrangements.
• Interpret and apply federal and state Medicaid regulations to project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including government officials and agency leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and support professional development within the actuarial team.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal efforts.

• FSA or career ASA preferred (Society of Actuaries)
