The State of Hawaii requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State to be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States. - State of Hawaii Plumber License:
Applicants must possess a valid State of Hawaii Journey Worker Plumber License or Master Plumber License at the time of application. Hawaii does not have reciprocity agreements with other jurisdictions.
