This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeper at Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, located in Kahului, HI. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, restocking amenities, assisting with laundry services, and ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards. The role will also include attending to guest requests promptly and ensuring their comfort during their stay.

• Proficiency in Laundry tasks including washing, drying, and folding linens and other items
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Highly developed Organization Skills to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience or willingness to participate in Training programs for housekeeping procedures and safety protocols
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
