Perform housekeeping duties including turndown beds, dusting, arranging guest belongings, vacuuming, amenity replenishment, and bathroom cleaning as required;
Report suite status updates and coordinate with In-Room Dining for removal of trays/trolleys;
Maintain organization of linen closets and supply closets; ensure cleanliness of all storage areas;
Provide safe, courteous, and informed guest service while upholding health and safety policies;
Demonstrate knowledge of the resort and local area to assist guests and enhance their stay
