• Collaborate with customers, software engineers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions
• Participate in Agile scrum teams in various roles, including Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, and Tester
• Support requirements testing to minimize production defects and analyze results related to customer impacts
• Ensure compliance with required standards and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing documentation and project status updates

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in IS/IT
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management
• Effective communication and report‑writing skills

• 1–3 years of Lean/Six Sigma experience
• 1–3 years in the Health Insurance or Healthcare industry
• Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications
