We are seeking a Financial Analyst with immediate availability that will thrive in a challenging and rewarding process-oriented environment. The Financial Analyst will support U.S. Pacific Fleet HQ (PACFLT), NMC EAD HQ and sites (Yokosuka, Sasebo, Guam, Misawa, Okinawa, Pearl Harbor), and TYCOMs (SCP, CNSP, CNAF). The Financial Analyst will also provide support to NMC CWD HQ and associated sites, as needed.
Location:- This position is located in Oahu, HI.
- On-site requirement
: 2–3 days per week at client sites on Oahu, with additional visits to other locations as needed. - Travel
:
Up to 25–30%.
- Support execution of Audit Existence & Completeness (E&C) Baseline Plan and Management Review Controls (MRC) Audit Campaign Plan
- Provide operational controls support to PACFLT and NMC HQ teams
- Assist with MRC sample selection, tracking, QA checks, and reporting
- Deliver training and real-time support to reporting activities
- Support MOP dashboard inputs and reporting
- Perform root cause and trend analysis
- Provide audit remediation support and leadership insights
- Maintain coordination across fleet and HQ stakeholders
- Supporting site visits (IMS tracking, prep, testing, validation)
- Responding to audit requests using ARC tool
- Assisting with baseline counts and audit testing
- Providing data-drive support for IPA site visits
- Certifications required:
CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM, or CDFM
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 3+ years relevant experience (audit, internal controls, accounting)
Skills:
- Financial audit and/or internal controls experience
- Experience with Federal Government Contracting process
- Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
