Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Naviron is pleased to partner with a growing SaaS company with an all-in-one platform that helps non‑profits manage their websites, memberships, events, finance, and marketing in one place.
They’re looking for a Website Implementation/Onboarding Specialist to own the end-to-end onboarding and launch process for new clients. This is a hands‑on, execution‑heavy role for someone who has personally launched websites, managed multiple projects at once, and thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
This is a remote role, but candidates must be located in either Central or Eastern time zone.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full website launch lifecycle, from kickoff through go‑live, including build, QA, and launch readiness
- Implement SEO best practices, write and optimize content, and ensure proper site structure and internal linking
- Set up and configure digital marketing tools such as Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and related platforms
- Manage 15–20 active client projects at a time while consistently hitting launch deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, driving timelines and holding clients accountable
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites, domains, and performance
- Maintain accurate project documentation and updates across internal systems
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and improve the client experience
What You Have:
- 2-4+ years of experience in website development, SEO, digital marketing, or web implementation roles
- Hands‑on experience launching websites (Word Press, Webflow, Wix, Duda, or similar platforms)
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and how content, structure, and linking impact performance
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to push projects forward
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning work end to end
- Agency or high‑volume client delivery experience is a strong plus
