Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst. The Azure Business Analyst translates business needs into technical requirements for cloud-based solutions. This role works closely with architects and engineers to define user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for Azure workloads. Location: Remote

• Gather and document requirements for Azure applications, data flows, and integrations.
• Develop user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Support cloud readiness assessments and modernization planning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate solutions.
• Assist with UAT, backlog grooming, and Agile delivery.

• Experience with cloud-based system analysis
• Understanding of Azure services, identity, networking, and data tools
• Strong communication and requirements‑management skills

• Prior Army Contractor experience
• Prior experience supporting Azure environment
