Position: Salesforce Administrator (Nigeria)

Job Overview

Core

Tasks
  • Administer and maintain Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions)
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
  • Build and manage reports, dashboards, and data visibility for key stakeholders
  • Create and optimize automations using Flow, Process Builder, and workflow rules
  • Manage data integrity (imports, deduplication, cleanup, validation)
  • Support sales, marketing, and operations teams with system enhancements and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and system architecture
  • Assist with integrations (APIs, third-party tools like Hub Spot, Stripe, etc.)
Must Haves
  • 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows required)
  • Experience building reports and dashboards for business decision‑making
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Experience supporting sales teams and CRM‑driven workflows
  • Ability to work full‑time CST‑aligned hours
Nice to Haves
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in a fast‑paced startup or agency environment
