Job Overview

CoreTasks
- Administer and maintain Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions)
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
- Build and manage reports, dashboards, and data visibility for key stakeholders
- Create and optimize automations using Flow, Process Builder, and workflow rules
- Manage data integrity (imports, deduplication, cleanup, validation)
- Support sales, marketing, and operations teams with system enhancements and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and system architecture
- Assist with integrations (APIs, third-party tools like Hub Spot, Stripe, etc.)
- 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows required)
- Experience building reports and dashboards for business decision‑making
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
- Experience supporting sales teams and CRM‑driven workflows
- Ability to work full‑time CST‑aligned hours
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Experience in a fast‑paced startup or agency environment
