- Workforce Readiness Assessment
- AI Adoption Strategy
- Training and Workforce Development Planning
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communications
- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development
- Education:
Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Preferred certifications include:
- NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) Training or Certification
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or equivalent privacy certification
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent Organizational Change Management certification
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or equivalent data governance certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
