CAA is seeking a Junior Operations Research Analyst Group to support a program focused on combating evolving and emerging threats, supporting exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter‑system development. The role emphasizes integration and experimentation, including modeling and simulation.

As a member of this team, you will contribute to the U.S. and our allies’ ability to develop and apply models and simulations throughout the lifecycle of military and commercial technologies and systems. Your work will help ensure Warfighter readiness and the realization of future capabilities.

• Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimising methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
• Collect and analyze data and develop decision‑support software, services, or products.
• Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as operations research, mathematics, statistics, analytics, engineering, or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Minimum clearance required to start:
  Secret.

Salary is influenced by geographic location, federal contract labor categories, prior experience, specific skills, education, and certifications. Proposed Salary Range: $60,800 - $121,800
