We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and punctual Cleaning Assistant to join our growing team. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required - what matters most is a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

This is a part-time, seasonal position working Mondays and Tuesdays through September. As we grow our client base over the summer, additional hours may become available - and team members who are a great fit may be invited to stay on beyond the season.
We are looking to hire immediately.

This role is active and requires being on your feet and moving for 6-8 hours per shift.

Primary service areas include Kahului, Wailuku, Kihei, Waiehu, and Lahaina
, with occasional jobs in North Shore and Upcountry as well.

• Paid drive time between houses (same hourly rate as cleaning)

• $25 bonus any time a client reaches out unprompted to rave about your team's work

• Cleaning residential homes to Crystal Clean standards
• Following directions from your Team Lead
• Helping maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (W-2 position)
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Must be dependable and a strong team player
