Overview

Position: Senior Operations Manager

Location: Kahului, HI

Pay: $72.12/hour

Experience: Extensive experience in construction operations leadership, preferably in commercial mechanical construction, with a proven track record managing multiple projects and Project Managers simultaneously.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Type: Full-time;

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Employers Options is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple Project Managers and project teams.
• Maintain accountability for project financial performance, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure consistent, standardized project delivery across all assigned projects.
• Oversee procurement strategy, labor planning, and workforce utilization.
• Drive quality control from BIM through fabrication and field execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks before escalation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methodologies.
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience overseeing procurement, labor planning, and quality control processes.
• Strong negotiation skills with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
