This position reports to the Project Operations Manager and involves leading all on‑site activities of medium to large projects, ensuring cost‑effective execution of deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting to ensure profitability and fiscal responsibility.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identify key milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure high‑performance outcomes.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate issues impacting project quality, cost, or timeline.
• Drive the successful execution of complex, large‑scale projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Track project progress, generate regular reports, and communicate key updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• University degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the engineering industry, with at least 8 years in project management roles.

20% travel expected. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
