The expected pay range for the Maui Regional Operations Manager is $106,500 to $132,100 per year plus bonus.
Maui Regional Operations Manager is a hands‑on, strategic operations leader with deep experience in logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment operations who can help evolve our operational infrastructure to support continued regional growth. The ideal candidate brings a systems‑oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate operational complexity into clear priorities and disciplined execution.
This leader will excel at building and leading high‑performing logistics, base yard, delivery, and inventory teams, while driving safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. They will be comfortable working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments and have the foresight to anticipate capacity, infrastructure, and process needs ahead of demand. Equally important, we are looking for a manager who communicates clearly across functions, leads through influence, and partners effectively with Retail, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders—ensuring inventory integrity, reliable fulfillment, and operational readiness across the region.
This role requires a leader who is both detail‑oriented and big‑picture focused—someone who can manage day‑to‑day execution while designing logistics and supply chain capabilities that scale with the business.
The Regional Operations Manager will spend the majority of their time focused on the following areas:
- Logistics & Base Yard Operations – Overseeing day‑to‑day yard, warehouse, receiving, transfer, and delivery operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable material flow across the region.
- Inventory Management & Control – Leading inventory accuracy, cycle counts, physical inventories, shrink reduction, and internal controls across all business units, including partnership with Retail Leadership on inventory governance.
- Delivery & Fleet Operations – Managing delivery execution, fleet utilization, routing efficiency, safety practices, and service‑level performance to support customer fulfillment and project readiness.
- People Leadership & Team Development – Coaching, developing, and supporting logistics, base yard, delivery, and inventory teams, including performance management, staffing, training, and succession planning.
- Safety, Compliance & Risk Management – Maintaining a strong safety culture across yards, warehouses, and delivery operations through training, audits, incident response, and continuous risk mitigation.
- Operational Metrics & Continuous Improvement – Monitoring and improving key logistics and inventory KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory accuracy, productivity, cost control), using data to identify root causes and drive process improvements.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partnering with Retail, Sales, Components, Purchasing, and Finance to align logistics execution with demand, inventory strategy, and regional growth priorities.
- Infrastructure & Capacity Planning – Evaluating and improving yard layout, storage systems, equipment, and labor capacity to ensure operations can scale with future growth.
- Five years of management experience is required, preferably in an operations role.
- Driver's license is required.
- College degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
