Senior Mechanical Operations Manager

We are hiring ASAP a Senior Mechanical Operations Manager to relocate to Oahu!

Relocation package and 30-day temporary corporate housing and vehicle offered for highly qualified mainland candidates.

Our Oahu office is seeking a seasoned operations leader with a minimum of 10 years of mechanical contracting experience and a proven track record of leading multi-trade operations, driving financial performance, and overseeing large-scale project and field organizations.

• Proven leadership across Plumbing, HVAC, Sheet Metal, Controls, Service, and Special Projects operations
• Strong financial management experience, including full P&L responsibility, forecasting, budgeting, labor productivity, cost control, and profitability improvement
• Experience leading both union and non-union work forces and scaling operations across multiple business units or geographic markets
• Successful delivery of complex commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, federal, and industrial mechanical construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to develop operational processes, improve field execution, optimize workforce utilization, and support strategic growth initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering closely with executive leadership, project teams, and clients
• Candidates whose experience falls primarily outside DDL's core mechanical contracting markets, or is largely limited to federal contracting, are not preferred
