Fast‑Track Hiring:
Certified Nurse Aide for Hale Makua Health Services.
Available shifts:
Morning, Evening, and Night (NOC). Full‑time with $5,000 retention bonus or Part‑time with $2,500 bonus.

LocationHale Makua Health Services – a Maui‑based non‑profit nursing facility located in Kahului with 254 beds serving older adults.
Position OverviewCertified Nurse Aides (CNAs) provide nursing care and services for residents, including personal care and activities of daily living.
Responsibilities- Orient residents to unit and facility (bathroom, call system, shower schedule, lanai/common areas).
- Introduce residents to meals and activity schedule.
- Respond promptly to resident calls, call bells, alarms, and family requests; report to Charge Nurse as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18.
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the State of Hawaii.
- Current and valid 2‑Step TB clearance and health review (can be completed in‑house).
