Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Flex Pool | Days

Location: Hawaii

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Employment Type: Travel Contract

Shift: Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)

Schedule: 36 Hours Per Week

We are seeking an experienced Flex Pool Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. This position provides the opportunity to work across multiple medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units while delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic acute care environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, clinically strong, and comfortable floating between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical and surgical patients.
• Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor clinical progress.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders.
• Manage and monitor patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Utilize critical thinking and sound clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Hawaii RN License by assignment start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong medical-surgical nursing skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple patient care settings.

• ACLS Certification.
• PALS Certification.
• Procedural Sedation Certification.
• TNCC Certification.
• ENPC Certification.
• Step-Down or Progressive Care experience.
