We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing patient status and responding to clinical changes using established protocols.
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
- Supporting safe transitions of care through handoffs and care plan updates.
- Providing patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge procedures.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation.
- Strong communication skills for patient education and care coordination.
- Work 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
