We are seeking an experienced RN
- Telemetry to provide patient care in a hospital setting.
- Assessing patient status and responding to clinical changes per established protocols.
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
- Supporting safe transitions of care through effective handoffs and care plan updates.
- Providing patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant RN experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work 36 hours weekly with 12-hour shifts.
