Compensation
Pay Range: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if the criteria are met.
Job Responsibilities- Greet customers on the sales floor, assist them in locating merchandise, and direct them to the parts specialist if needed.
- Check out customers purchasing front‑floor merchandise in a quick and friendly manner and handle returns efficiently.
- Act as the main shoplifting deterrent and front‑floor security, and assist with O’Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
- Keep the front area stocked, fronted, and clean, following planograms or displays, and complete sales preparation.
- Make display changes according to company guidelines and planograms; ensure all sale signs and flyers are in place and priced correctly.
- Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, overstock returns, and completion of the store To‑Do List and Team Weekly tasks.
- Clock in and out in accordance with company policy.
- If the express lane is not in use and the counter is busy, finish tickets and accept money, checks, or credit cards.
- Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Previous cashier and/or stocking experience preferred.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Fluency in multiple languages;
Spanish is highly desired.
