Local Leasing Manager

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Position: Local Leasing Manager

Location: Kahului, HI

Pay: $35 to $36/hour

Experience: 2+ years in marketing, with expertise in digital advertising (e.g., social media campaigns, retargeting).

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm

• Prospect the local area on a bi-weekly basis in order to identify new and unique tenants.
• Attend local and regional events in order to maintain retailer relationships and introduce new retailers.
• Participate in weekly meetings with the General Manager to update on prospects and the overall status of the Specialty Leasing program.
• Source local permanent tenants for space at the center and run the entire deal.
• Responsible for the ongoing temporary leasing of the Retail Merchandising Units (RMUs), kiosks, in-line stores, and vending.
• Coordinate the set-up, relocation, and breakdown of all temporary tenants.
• Prepare all license agreements, amendments, and all other necessary paperwork.
• Ensure that all local leasing retailers are adhering to the Operational Guidelines.
• Collection of weekly/monthly sales reports and rent checks from all temporary merchants.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with flexibility for event shifts, travel, and strict timelines.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience coordinating with teams, tenants, and vendors.
• Business development/sales background, interest in retail trends.
• Solid with office tools; comfortable working in Excel, managing budgets, and projections.
