Provides quality store/restaurant support by ensuring prompt, friendly, and courteous service. Performs daily internal support for designated store to allow the internal team to focus on growing sales.

• Provides quality store/restaurant support by delivering service in a prompt and timely manner.
• Responsible for breaking down and putting away loads/deliveries as directed by the Store Manager or category designation.
• Replenishes products and supplies throughout the store or restaurant as designated by the Store or Restaurant Manager.
• Performs daily housekeeping and cleanliness duties as designated by the Store or Restaurant Manager.
• Follows security and safety policies and procedures.
• Checks in new merchandise in a timely manner.

• Works indoors under normal store conditions.
• Frequently goes in and out of refrigerated cooler/freezer (proper attire required, e.g., jacket, long-sleeve shirt).
• Works outdoors as needed; weather conditions may affect time to complete duties and proper attire may be required.

• Use of cash register, gas console, coffee maker, and safe.
• Use of pricing gun, overhead cigarette racks, fast food equipment, and cleaning supplies.
• Use of oven, fryer, microwave, and other reheating devices to heat or reheat beverages, hot food, and other items.
• Use of calculator, CO2 soda fountain air pressure dispenser, and Bag-In-A-Box syrup dispensers.

• Employment status:
  Full-time Regular (35+ hrs/week).
• Monday–Saturday availability as assigned by Store Manager.
• Extended hours as assigned.

• Continuously requires attention to detail, concentration, alertness, and mathematical skills.

• Continuous standing for extended periods; eye-hand coordination and corrected vision required.
• Frequent climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking; reaching; pushing/pulling; lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs of merchandise.
• Seldom requires sitting, running, and visiting/working at other sites.

• Continual communication with managers and instructions from supervisors.
• Frequent communication with co-workers.
• Occasional requests from co-workers.
• Seldom communicates with outside vendors, talks on the telephone, trains/gives instructions, and reads.

• Mathematical ability for checking in product/merchandise.
• Ability to provide prompt, friendly, and quality store/restaurant support service.
• Ability to perform stock/inventory duties.
• Ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successfully completes all assigned Training Classes.
• On-the-job training provided by the Manager and Assistant Manager.

• None required.
• Must be able to provide TB clearance.
