Sales Operations Assistant

Position: Sales Operations Assistant

Location: Kahului, HI (Onsite)

Pay: $25/hour + Weekly paychecks!

Experience:

• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Previous irrigation, plumbing, or construction sales experience is required.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Employers Options is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team! This role offers opportunities for growth and access to career coaching while playing a key role in supporting daily sales operations, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.

• Support the sales team in achieving goals and generating new business opportunities.
• Enter sales orders accurately for tracking and financial reporting.
• Handle incoming calls, assist customers, and provide timely follow-ups.
• Communicate product demand changes to the purchasing department.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with regular inventory counts.
• Help customers choose the right products for their needs.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with the Aloha Spirit.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in irrigation, plumbing, or construction sales is a plus.
