Outside Sales Consultant

We are a Maui-based equipment rental company seeking motivated, self-driven Sales Associates to grow our client base across the island. This is an independent contractor (1099) position offering unlimited earning potential through a competitive commission structure. You set your own schedule and work as your own boss — your income is limited only by your hustle.

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and community connections
• Present and promote our equipment rental offerings to residential, commercial, and event clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
• Manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently to close deals
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure accurate order details and smooth customer handoffs
• Stay current on our inventory, pricing, and any seasonal promotions
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental process

• Self-motivated and results-driven — you thrive working independently
• Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Familiarity with Maui's local communities, businesses, and events landscape is a plus
• Reliable, professional, and honest in all client interactions
• Comfortable with basic phone, email, and/or text-based communication tools
