Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Provides support to Sales, Service & Parts departments by demonstrating key functions and features of BMW vehicles. This is the go-to person in the dealership for product and technology-related questions.

Demonstrate vehicle features to potential clients before and during the sales process in harmony with the Client Advisor.

Deliver new and CPO BMWs to their new owners in a knowledgeable fashion.

Assist BMW Service customers in understanding features and technologies in their cars.

Assist BMW Parts customers in determining compatibility of accessories and equipment on their BMWs.

This person is responsible for being the go-to person on staff for product-related questions. They need to be approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and available for sales, service and parts department customers and employees. This is a position that will continue to evolve, the list of responsibilities above is by no means all-inclusive. This is a customer-facing position, and this person is expected to maintain a professional appearance.
