Your connections span leaders in Administration, Practice Owners, and other key figures across subindustries like Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), Dental, Urgent Care, and more. Ideally, your contacts are closely tied to the Design-Build, Patient Experience, or Growth of healthcare facilities. You bring a proven track record of success and need minimal direction.

We are a well-established, commercial design-build company with a specialization in creating innovative spaces that comply with strict regulatory standards while enhancing operational efficiency and patient experience. Our services include Design-Build Solutions, Digital Signage, and more. With over 25 years of experience, we are looking for Independent Growth Consultants to help us expand our presence in the healthcare market by driving new business, focusing on space transformations that improve the healthcare experience.
Job Responsibilities- Market Research & Lead Generation: Use lead-generation tools and market research to identify prospects seeking transformative solutions in healthcare facilities.
- Networking & Social Media: Leverage your professional network and social media channels to generate leads and drive business growth.
- Sales Presentations & Consultations: Deliver compelling presentations to prospects, showcasing the benefits of our all-inclusive services in transforming healthcare spaces.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work with our internal creative team to develop and implement effective marketing materials to support your sales efforts.
- Sales Process Management: Manage expectations and provide consultative services throughout the sales process, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in space transformation.
- Client Engagement & Handoff: Once deals are secured, lead the internal project handoff meetings, ensuring that the operations team is aligned to deliver the contracted work.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current on trends, regulations, and advancements in healthcare commercial spaces, ensuring you are informed about key industry challenges.
- Previous experience in commercial design-build, space transformation, or healthcare real estate is preferred.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively present information to clients.
- Excellent consultative skills and the ability to build long-term, meaningful relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- This position is 1099 contract-based
, with a commission-only pay structure. - Uncapped Commission – Your earning potential is unlimited, based on your ability to generate business and close deals.
- Expected Annual Earnings: $40,000.00 - $ per year, dependent on your performance.
