** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a government transportation location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of terminals, parking areas, access roads, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.

+ Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry where required, and report suspicious activity, unattended items, or policy violations per post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd management, way finding, and coordinating with local authorities when needed.

+ Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate timely updates to supervisors and client contacts using site-approved communication methods.

* + Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
