Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns through the proper channels and documenting activity per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, administrative buildings, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help deter unauthorized activity and/or access.;
Monitor access points and controlled areas as assigned, checking identification and/or credentials and directing individuals according to site procedures.;
Complete shift activity reports and other required logs, support incident investigations as requested, and coordinate with local authorities and/or site representatives when needed.
