Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, and perimeter zones, documenting observations and reporting suspicious activity that may help to deter unauthorized behavior.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with maintaining orderly entry, exits, and queuing.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management, law enforcement, and/or other responders as directed.;
Complete detailed reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate key information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
