Provide customer service at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as required;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, parking lots and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and assist with visitor management and/or badge checks per site policy;
Complete patrol logs and incident documentation, communicate observations to management, and support investigations by preserving details and reporting promptly
