Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government aviation location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site representatives and/or public agencies as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of terminals, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and credential checkpoints as assigned, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or restricted-area violations, and directing individuals to appropriate screening or assistance resources;
Complete required reports and logs for patrol activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts
