Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Monitor access points and lobby areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor direction and/or sign-in procedures per site policy;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed;
Complete shift activity logs and incident reports, document unusual activity, and communicate relevant information during post transitions
