Your Role as a Patrol Officer

As a Mobile Patrol Officer
, you will be the face of safety for our clients in Kahului and surrounding areas. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting active patrols (foot and vehicle) to deter criminal activity and ensure property safety.

  • Using digital reporting tools to provide real-time updates and high-quality incident reports.

  • Maintaining situational awareness to identify and mitigate risks before they escalate.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and the public with the Aloha Spirit.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
  • Valid Hawaii Guard Card (GSO License) preferred (or willingness to obtain).

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (for mobile patrol roles).

  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

  • A "Protector at Heart" mentality—vigilant, kind, and reliable.

  • Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule & Benefits
  • Shift: Various (Day, Swing, and Night shifts available)

  • Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week

  • Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour
