As an Airport Security Officer - CCTV in Kahului, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a government location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and exceptional customer service. In the CCTV unit, you will not only be monitoring CCTV cameras and coverage of all the airport property.

This position also includes being dispatched to door and gate breaches to ensure procedures have not been violated.

Full Time - Morning

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $3.93. The premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

* Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.

* Monitor entry and restricted areas in support of access control procedures, helping to deter unauthorized activity and directing individuals according to site policies.

* Assist with crowd management, way finding, and public assistance during routine operations, delays, and/or emergency situations while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

* Alarm panel experience is preferred.

* Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
