Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Requirements:

* Valid Drivers License

* 21+ years of age

* Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam.

* Ability to obtain AOA Badge (Federal Background Check in ordinance with DOT requirements)

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.

* Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or public agency personnel.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned indoor and outdoor areas, including public access points, operational zones, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

* Monitor access activity and report suspicious behavior, unattended property, hazards, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions and Allied Universal guidelines.

* Support orderly operations by providing directions, answering general questions, and assisting with crowd and/or traffic flow concerns during routine activity, busy travel periods, and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
