** Pre-Employment Requirement:*
* ** Security Experience - 2+ Years (C114)*
* ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues, and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel for follow-up.

+ Support access control and crowd management practices during business hours, peak shopping periods, and/or special events while maintaining a professional presence and assisting with customer inquiries.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
