Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location;
Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking areas, and the perimeter as assigned;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, observing visitor activity, and/or reporting unusual behavior;
Support day-to-day location operations by communicating with staff, visitors, and emergency response personnel regarding security-related concerns and/or operational needs
