, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic government airport location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security‑related incidents, and support travelers, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type:
Full Time - Morning

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

• Valid Driver's License
• 21+ years of age
• Have ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam
• Ability to obtain AOA badge (Federal Background Check in accordance with DOT requirements)

• Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter zones to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations through appropriate channels.
• Assist with security‑related support during alarms, medical events, evacuations, and/or traffic or pedestrian issues while maintaining professional interactions with the public.

• Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
