Airport Security Officer:
Patrol Access – Kahului, HI. Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government. Patrol assigned areas, monitor access points, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. In this government setting, help to deter incidents, respond to routine concerns, and contribute to a caring culture built on teamwork, integrity, agility, reliability, and innovation.
Part Time
Pay Rate$22.50 / Hour plus hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

- Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
- 1+ years of Security Experience
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
- Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and e
- Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a courteous and professional manner.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminal areas, public access points, parking locations, and perimeter zones to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
- Monitor entry and restricted areas, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and assist with access control procedures in accordance with location requirements.
- Communicate with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, operational issues, and/or incidents requiring follow-up.
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
