Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and/or government representatives by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of airport terminals, parking areas, perimeter locations, roadways, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with emergency responders when needed.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs related to patrols, incidents, observations, and other assigned security-related activities.
